Hands on

A service is crash-looping in staging. Alex lets the agent do the legwork, then drops into the same VM's shell to debug the binary himself — and hands the backtrace straight back to the agent to fix.

What you will see

  1. 01A Claude Code session reports that ledger-sync is crash-looping in staging.
  2. 02The Linux button (⌥⌘U) opens a real shell on the same VM: kubectl, then lldb.
  3. 03The backtrace points to a null pointer in the config parser.
  4. 04Back in the chat, the agent fixes the parser and adds a regression test.

The polished view when he wants it. A raw terminal when he needs it.

Alex is a fictional character and Northbank is an invented bank. The code, the findings, the service and the crash in these episodes were all made up for the demo.
