End User License Agreement
Last updated: April 22, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Seclio LLC ("Seclio", "we", "us") governing your use of the Bromure software application (the "Software") and the bromure.io website, including its subdomains and services (the "Website"). By installing, copying, downloading, or using the Software or the Website, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software or the Website.
The Software
Bromure is open-source software distributed under the MIT License, whose terms accompany the source code. Nothing in this EULA overrides the rights granted to you by that license for the Software itself. You may inspect, modify, and redistribute the Software according to the terms of the MIT License.
The Website
The Website at bromure.io and its subdomains — including download distribution, documentation, news, analytics endpoints used by managed deployments, and any other services hosted on the domain — are provided on a best-effort basis. They may be unavailable, degraded, changed, or withdrawn at any time, with or without notice.
No Warranty
THE SOFTWARE AND THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Bromure is a security-oriented tool, but no security tool is perfect. We do not guarantee that the Software will protect you from any specific threat, that sessions will be destroyed reliably, that features will work as described, or that the Website will be free of errors, defects, or interruptions. Use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SECLIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, THE WEBSITE, OR YOUR USE OF EITHER — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DATA LOSS, SECURITY BREACH, DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA.
Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the bromure.io backend, its servers, databases, storage, or administrative interfaces.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network associated with the Website without our prior written permission. Good-faith security research is welcome — report findings to [email protected].
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website, including by sending traffic patterns intended to cause denial of service.
- Scrape, mirror, or harvest content at a scale that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract credentials, private keys, or other non-public information from the Website or its responses.
- Use the Website to distribute malware, to phish, to harass, or to carry out any activity unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.
Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the legal capacity to enter into this EULA in the jurisdiction where you reside;
- you are not barred from using the Software or the Website under any export control, sanctions, or trade program applicable to you, including those of the United States;
- you are not a citizen or resident of, and you are not accessing the Website from, any member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area;
- any information you provide to us through forms, support requests, or otherwise is accurate and not misleading.
Intellectual Property
The name "Bromure", the Bromure logo, the bromure.io domain, the Website design, and the written and visual content on the Website are the property of Seclio LLC. The MIT License for the Software does not transfer these trademarks or brand assets. You may not use them to imply endorsement or to market forks or derivative services without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Software and the Website integrate with third-party services at your option — including VirusTotal, Cloudflare WARP, WireGuard providers, iCloud, Google Analytics, and DNS resolvers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Seclio is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.
Changes to this EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the News page. Continued use of the Software or the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. The provisions of this EULA that by their nature should survive termination — including the No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Acceptable Use, and Governing Law sections — will remain in effect.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
