One feature, two machines

Ghost races need a new screen in the app and a new API on the server. The iOS agent on the Mac asks @backend, the agent in the Linux VM, for the API directly. @backend adds the endpoint, a database migration and tests, and delivers the API contract straight to the Mac agent's inbox. The app talks to the new API on the first try.

What you will see

  1. 01Hans asks @ios, the agent on the Mac, for the ghost-race screen.
  2. 02@ios asks @backend, the agent in the Linux VM, for the API it needs.
  3. 03@backend adds the endpoint, a database migration and 18 tests, and delivers the OpenAPI contract. The file is copied into the Mac agent's inbox.
  4. 04With both in one room, the app talks to the new API on the first try.
  5. 05Each agent worked on its own branch. Hans approves both merges.

Agents on different machines hand each other work and files directly, and you still approve what lands.

Hans and Lille Fjell Games are fictional. The studio, the game, its machines and its repositories in these episodes were all made up for the demo.
